Our Vision
We as the combined OC of Huskies and Aussies look forward to bringing you the 2026 GFL in Kreischberg, Austria. Our vision is to take you back to where it all began only 80km from the first GFL at Eben im Pongau. We want to bring the whole GFL family together into a small GFL village with everything within walking (or stumbling) distance. Our idea is everyone together, your next door neighbours may be someone you already know, but if not by the end of the week they may be your new best friends.
Kreischberg
The 2026 edition of GFL will be carried out in beautiful Austria in the Styria region.
The Kreischberg, located right next to the charming village of Murau, houses the largest and most modern ski area in the region.
At the foot of the mountain there are more than 60 chalets and 10 pool villas that invite you to relax and unwind.
Skiing
The 51st GFL is to be held in Kreischberg, a village in the district of Murau. Kreischberg is known around the region for its modern lifts, excellent slopes and its international winter events. We’ve been told that even the newest of skiers will have time to turn on the wide slopes of Kreischberg.
The World Cup mountain impresses with its wonderfully wide, 42 km of perfectly groomed slopes from 860 to 2,120 meters above sea level.
