Registration
When is the registration period?
Registrations will open on April 13th and close May 11th, a quick turn around necessitated by the 2026 GFL being held in January, only 9 short months away.
How do I register?
Each team captain will be given a unique registration account where they will be required to register the team. So speak to your team captain.
What is the cancelation policy?
First of all we all hope that you can join us in Kreischberg, but we understand if something happens.
If you wish to cancel, the following fees apply:

If we have applicants on the waiting list who are willing to take over the vacant slot, the primary applicant can be withdrawn without a fee. Name changes are also allowed without cost.

Who do I contact if I have special dietary needs?
Please advise your team captain at registration as this will be on the registration form, but if you happen to forget or have something complicated your team captain will have the required contact to forward your information.
When will I have to pay and how?
Invoice will be sent to the team captain as a Team Invoice and these can be paid by Bank transfer.
The first invoice will be issued right after registration with a deadline of June 8th.
The second invoice will be issued at the start of October with a payment deadline of October 17th.

What happens if more than 750 people register?
We will accept all registrations during the registration period. If we exceed the 750 capacity we will look at team attendance and allocate spots depending on previous years.
Are non ATC/ATM persons allowed at GFL 2026?
Priority will be given to ATC/ATM personnel due to the capacity. The OC reserves the right to further evaluate and make a decision regarding special cases.

How do I Ski/Snowboard?
There are three ways:
1. Get to the top of the slope and hope you make it to the bottom with natural talent.
2. Watch YouTube videos
3. Or our recommendation is to take a lesson with one of our partners on site.

Can I access the Cross Country if I'm not skiing?
The cross country track will be accessible via the gondola and a short walk.
Where can I rent ski equipment?
You can rent all equipment from our partner Intersport, we are currently in hard negotiations to get you the best deal. We will send out a special code or link ASAP.
Party Information
Where will the parties be held?
All parties except the final dinner will be held in a private area close to the village. Some would say that you can even manage to walk home in a blizzard.
Will there be a Theme Party?
Of course! But don’t ask for the Theme just yet. That is a closely held secret. If you would like to be one of the first to find out, come join us at the PreGFL.
How to get there
How will the airport transfer be organised?
Transfers will be arranged from major airports by our transport team. There will be transports from Vienna and Salzburg airports. You can expect further information in Newsletter #2. Transfers from the airport will be an additional cost to the package price.
Where can I park?
There is limited parking available per Chalet. There are 1000 car parks available next to the Gondola which are currently free of charge as of March 2025. Further information on that will follow in an upcoming Newsletters with transport details.
Where is Kreischberg?
Kreischberg is located in the Murau district of the Austrian Alps.
It is known for its (GFL) family friendly slopes and modern lifts.
Accommodation
How will the Chalets be allocated?
Our accommodation team will crunch the numbers, assess how many teams are attending and allocate the chalets to allow maximum comfort and participation.
Are there single room options available?
Unfortunately at this stage to allow full capacity and because of our accommodation format we are currently unable to offer single rooms.
The PreGFL
When will the PreGFL take place?
The PreGFL will take place September 18th – 20th 2025 in Karlsruhe.
How do I get more information about PreGFL?
All information will be released to the captains and in our newsletters. Keep an eye out for this information and check our website to be updated.
