Arrival Day
When and how do I check in?
You are able to check in from 1600.
Upon arriving you will see OC team members in front the Kreischberghalle. Come say hello and we can direct you to your chalet and the responsible person to the correct reception to pay the deposit.
What happens if the person responsible for the deposit arrives later?
If another team member wishes to take responsibility for the deposit that is no problem. Otherwise you can leave your bag in the Kreischberghalle or on the terrace of your Chalet already.
What if I'm arriving very late?
Don’t worry if reception is already closed for the evening. The OC accommodation team have you covered. Find an OC member and we will help you get sorted. The reception closes at approx. 20:00
How does the Airport Transfer work?
We already know your flight details and our OC team at the airport will be tracking you. If you arrive at the airport please collect your bag/s and exit the arrival area. You will see our OC members just outside the arrival area. If you are at the train station look for the OC members in our bright orange outfit.
The location of our OC welcoming team will be posted in our WhatsApp community on Saturday. If you haven’t joined already check our latest Newsletter or ask your captain for the link.
There is special whatsApp group for your arrival location within the community.
What is the first GFL event?
We will be kicking off this year GFL with a Ski Show at 18:00 in front of the Kastanienbar.
Will there be dinner on Saturday?
There will be a takeaway easy to eat food for everyone. Start at 18:30 in front of the tent.
All things Slopes
How do I Ski/Snowboard?
There are three ways:
1. Get to the top of the slope and hope you make it to the bottom with natural talent.
2. Watch YouTube videos
3. Or our recommendation is to take a lesson with one of our partners on site.

Can I access the Cross Country if I'm not skiing?
The cross country track will be accessible via the gondola and a short walk.
Party Information
Where will the parties be held?
If you missed our tent when arriving. It’s the big red tent just near the Kreischberghalle.
Will there be a Theme Party?
I hope you already know but this year theme is Zoomania. The theme party is on Tuesday start at 22:00
Till when can I party
The Party in the tent will finish at 03:00. Leaving you just enough time for beauty sleep and to be fresh for the slopes later that day.
Races
Where is the XC race?
The cross country race is located approximately 100m from the exit of the gondola.
Which slope will the SB and GS use?
The GS and SB race will be held on slope „1“. The finish line will at the bottom near the Kastanien bar.
Why are the races starting so early?
Well we know everyone likes to sleep in a little but with so many wonderful people joining us and signing up for the races. We need all the time we can get.
A little statistic there are over 690 XC, 700 GS and 300 SB people racing this week.
Dinner
How will I get fed?
Even though our theme is Zoomania you won’t be just getting food in the barn. We have two dinner locations and two dinner time slots.

How do I know where and when to go for dinner?
Your Captain has your team slot and location information. This stays the same for the whole week so you don’t get lost or confused.
