GFL2026 Terms & Conditions

General

The GFL2026 is organized by the GFL2026 Organization Committee (henceforth referred to as OC). The OC is staffed by members of Rhein Radar Sportclub e.V. and is NOT a professional event organizing business. The OC members are doing the organizational work unpaid, voluntarily and in their spare time. The OC organizes this event in fair and equal way to create a quality event for all participants.

Registration and participation in the GFL2026 is entirely voluntarily and at your own risk. This winter sports event (that includes but is not limited to the parties and races) can be hazardous and can result in serious injury or even death. Please make sure that you are well equipped and well insured against all risks that can occur on a holiday event like this, as well as risks on the journey to and from the event.

Due to the nature of the entertainment and social activities at the GFL2026 and in accordance with prevailing laws, the participants minimum age is 18.

During Snowboard and Giant Slalom races the use of a helmet is mandatory. Neither the OC nor Rhein Radar Sportclub e.V. can be made responsible for any damage, injuries or fatalities if the participant decides to start. Furthermore it is the participant’s own responsibility to take care of a helmet.

By completing the registration process each participant indicates that they are aware of the risks and accepts them willingly. Upon payment the participant agrees that they have read, understood and accepts these terms and conditions.

The OC or its designated subcontractors reserve the right to promptly terminate the agreement if the guest or any individual within the guest’s party engages in disruptive behaviour and/or causes damage to the accommodation or its surroundings.

It is the responsibility of guests to acquaint themselves with rules and obligations imposed by the OC‘s suppliers.
